11月26日（本周四）下午16:20，深圳市生态环境局党组书记刘初汉将在第一科研楼报告厅为大家带来《改革创新与先行示范》特色思政课2020年秋季学期的第六讲——《深圳市生态环境保护改革创新与先行示范》，欢迎全校师生前来聆听。

主讲人简介：

刘初汉

深圳市生态环境局党组书记、一级巡视员，武汉大学环境法硕士，北京大学光华管理学院高级管理人员工商管理硕士。1991年起在深圳市环保局工作，2002年起任深圳市城市管理办公室（城市管理行政执法局）副局长，2015年起任深圳市人居环境委员会党组书记、主任，2019年起任深圳市生态环境局党组书记、局长。曾主导多部环境法规规章的制定，在环境管理方面推出一系列在全国有影响的创新举措；在城市可持续发展方面有独到深刻的见解和丰富的管理经验。

Liu Chuhan

Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Shenzhen Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, First-Class Inspector, Master of Environmental Law of Wuhan University, Master of Business Administration for Senior Executives of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Worked in Shenzhen Environmental Protection Bureau in 1991, he has became Deputy Director of Shenzhen Urban Management Office (Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau) since 2002, Party Secretary and Director of Shenzhen Municipal Human Settlement and Environment Commission since 2015 and Party Secretary and Director of Shenzhen Municipal Ecological Environment Bureauin since 2019. He has led the formulation of many environmental laws and regulations, and launched a series of innovative measures with national influence in environmental management; he has unique and profound insights and rich management experience in urban sustainable development.
