12月10日（本周四）下午16:20，哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）经管学院教授、原深圳市副市长唐杰将在第一科研楼报告厅为大家带来《改革创新与先行示范》特色思政课2020年秋季学期的第七讲——《深圳改革创新发展回顾与展望》，欢迎全校师生前来聆听。

主讲人简介：

唐杰博士

哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）经管学院教授、博士研究生导师，南开大学、香港中文大学（深圳）兼职教授。国家发改委“十三五”“十四五”国家规划委员会委员、第三届国家应对气候变化专家委员会委员。

1971年参加工作，1979年进入南开大学，先后毕业于经济系、经济研究所，获学士、硕士、博士学位。1992-1993年，美国宾夕法尼亚大学富布赖特教授、副教授级客座研究员。1995年调入综合开发研究院（中国.深圳），1998年调入深圳市政府。2003-2007年，任深圳市政府秘书长；2007-2009年，任深圳市人大副主任；2009-2015年，任深圳市副市长。

Jie Tang, Former Vice-Mayor of Shenzhen, will bring you the 7th lecture of "Reform, Innovation and Pilot Demonstration" at 16:20 pm on December 10th (this Thursday).

The lecture will be located at Auditorium of Research Building 1 . All are welcome!

Jie Tang was the Vice Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal Government of China from 2009-2015. As the leader in charge of the work of Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, he led the team responsible for designing and implementing Shenzhen Emissions Trading Pilot Scheme. He has been a strong advocate of Shenzhen Emissions Trading Scheme and the key person who helped Shenzhen become one of the seven ETS pilots in China.

Before Mr. Tang was elected as the Vice Mayor, he was the Deputy Director-General of the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress (MPC) from 2007 to 2009. Before that position, he was the Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Municipal Government from 2003 to 2007.

Before he started his career in government in 1998, Mr. Tang was working in the Economic Research Institute of Nankai University as Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor, Deputy Dean from 1986 to 1995 and during that time he was a Fulbright scholar at University of Pennsylvania in the United States from September 1992 to October 1993. Mr. Tang obtained a Ph.D. degree in Economics at Nankai University in China in 1993 and a Master degree in Political Economics at Nankai University in 1986.
