曾任深圳市高新区管委会副主任、深圳市科技和信息局局长、深圳市人居环境委员会主任。现任深圳市决策咨询委员会专职委员。

He used to be the deputy director of the Management Committee of Shenzhen High-tech Zone, the director of Shenzhen Science and Technology and Information Bureau, and the director of Shenzhen Human Living Environment Commission. Currently He is a full-time member of Shenzhen Decision-making Advisory Committee.
