He is the winner of the National Labor Medal (2018),and is elected as the 7th "National Moral Model" (2019) as well as Outstanding Communist Party Member of Guangdong Province (2016). As one of the two representatives,he made a speech on the 40th Anniversary Celebration of the Establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.
