主讲人简介：

忻平，上海大学教授，博士生导师，原上海大学党委副书记兼纪委书记，现任上海市社联副主席、上海市中共党史学会会长兼党工组书记、上海市高校思政课教学改革协作组组长。上海市“党史学习教育宣讲团”成员。长期从事中共党史、近现代上海史、高校思想政治教育等领域的教学和研究。先后主持多项教育部、国家哲学社会科学重点课题和上海市哲学社会科学项目课题；多次担任上海市哲社系列课题首席专家；在《历史研究》《中共党史研究》等刊物发表学术论文百余篇。

Xin Ping, a professor, will bring you the 5th lecture of "Traditions of Revolution and Missions of the Era" at 16:20 on October 14(this Thursday).

The lecture will be located at Auditorium of Research Building 1. All are welcome!

Speaker:

Xin Ping, a professor of Shanghai University, is a doctoral supervisor, the former deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Shanghai University. Currently he is vice chairman of the Shanghai Social Association, chairman of the Shanghai Society of CPC History as well as secretary of the Party Working Group. In addition, he serves as the  leader of Ideological and Political Course Teaching Reform Cooperation Group in Shanghai universities and a member of Shanghai "Party History Study and Education Propaganda Group". He has long been engaged in teaching and research in the fields of the history of the Communist Party of China, modern Shanghai history, and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. He has presided over a number of key projects of the Ministry of Education, National Philosophy and Social Sciences and Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences. He served as the chief expert of Shanghai Philosophy and Society Series of Projects and published over a hundred academic papers in "History Research", "CPC History Research" and other publications.
