主讲人简介：

张国祚,教授、博士生导师，中央马克思主义理论研究和建设工程首席专家，国家教材委员会专家委员会（马工程）专家，国家社科基金项目会议评审专家，中国社会科学院习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心学术指导委员会专家，中央党史文献研究院毛泽东思想生平研究会理事，湖南大学马克思主义学院名誉院长，中国文化软实力研究中心主任，《文化软实力》主编，清华大学双聘教授，北京大学、中国人民大学、北京师范大学、武汉大学兼职教授，厦门大学、四川大学客座教授。曾任中宣部理论局副局长、全国哲学社会科学规划办公室主任。长期从事理论研究和宣传工作，在中国化马克思主义、文化软实力、意识形态问题、国际问题、科学哲学等领域发表过许多有影响的论著。迄今为止，先后在《求是》《马克思主义研究》《思想理论教育导刊》《人民日报》《光明日报》《经济日报》《哲学研究》等刊物上发表论文近280多篇，出版专著和主编著作38部。曾担任理论文献电视片《航标》总撰稿，《社会主义有点潮》主创人员、主讲嘉宾，《平“语”近人》学术指导，庆祝中国共产党成立100周年《全国大学生党史知识竞答大会》第一集、第六集、第十集点评嘉宾，《全面小康 全面解码》的主讲嘉宾等。

Professor Zhang Guozuo is a doctoral supervisor, the chief expert of the Central Marxist theoretical research and construction project, an expert of the National Textbook Committee Expert Committee (Ma Project), an expert of the National Social Science Fund Project Meeting Reviewer as well as Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, expert of the Academic Steering Committee of the Research Center, director of the Mao Zedong Thought Biography Research Society of the Central Party History and Literature Research Institute, honorary dean of the School of Marxism, Hunan University, director of the Chinese Cultural Soft Power Research Center, editor-in-chief of "Culture Soft Power", double-appointed professor at Tsinghua University, adjunct professors at Peking University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Wuhan University, and visiting professors at Xiamen University and Sichuan University. He served as deputy director of the Theory Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department and director of the National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences. He has long been engaged in theoretical research and propaganda work, and has published many influential works in the fields of Sinicized Marxism, cultural soft power, ideological issues, international issues, and philosophy of science. So far, his nearly 280 papers have been published in journals such as "Seeking Truth", "Marxist Studies", "Ideological and Theoretical Education Guide", "People's Daily", "Guangming Daily", "Economic Daily", and "Philosophical Studies". He edited 38 books and served as the chief writer of the theoretical documentary TV series "Navigation Marks", the chief creator and guest speaker of "Socialism Is a Tide", the academic guide of "Ping "Speaking", and guest commentators on the first episode, sixth episode, and tenth episode of Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China "National College Student Party History Knowledge Competition, guest speaker of "Comprehensive Well-off and Comprehensive Decoding", etc.
