主讲人简介：

金李，全国政协委员、九三学社中央常委、南方科技大学代理副校长、金融系讲席教授。曾任北京大学光华管理学院副院长，北京大学经济与管理学部副主任，北京大学国家金融研究中心主任，担任全国政协经济委员会委员、全球公司治理论坛理事会（GCGC）理事和中国区负责人、中国管理科学学会副理事长、中国管理现代化研究会顾问委员会副主席，中国银行业协会私人银行专业委员会首席学术顾问。曾长期在哈佛大学、牛津大学和北京大学任教，研究成果发表于顶级国际学术期刊，荣获中国管理科学奖，中国管理年度价值人物，TCFA、FAME、FMA、GFC等多项最佳论文等奖项。先后主持以中国企业为研究对象的哈佛、牛津和北大案例研究近二十例，被国际多所知名商学院广泛使用。

Speaker:

Jin Li, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the Standing Committee of the JIU SAN Society, is the Acting Vice President of Southern University of Science and Technology, and a chair professor of the Department of Finance. He was the former deputy dean of the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, the deputy director of the Department of Economics and Management of Peking University,  the director of the National Financial Research Center of Peking University. He serves as a member of the Economic Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a director of the Global Corporate Governance Forum Council (GCGC) and the head of China District, the vice chairman of the Chinese Society of Management Science, the vice chairman of the Advisory Committee of the China Management Modernization Research Association, and the Chief Academic Adviser of Private Banking Committee of China Banking Association. He has been teaching at Harvard University, Oxford University and Peking University for a long time. His research results have been published in top international academic journals. He has won many best papers awards such as the Chinese Management Science Award, Chinese Management Annual Value People, TCFA, FAME, FMA, and GFC. He has presided over nearly 20 case studies of Harvard, Oxford and Peking University with Chinese enterprises as research objects, which are widely used by many well-known business schools in the world.
